Ok folks, we know it's been awhile and we haven't been posting much. Here at Nix Works we do try and provide this page with constant content of current projects, however it sometimes just doesn't happen, and we apologise for that.
However we are excited to show you this recent job!!!
Here is a relatively large in size repair job we just completed on Dataw Island today. We filled in just over 200sqft of floor repair. Multiple patches and multiple "fingering in" to existing flooring. Also, installing and meeting up to three different areas that had a long continuous run of pre-existing flooring without leaving any separation between the old and new.
This homeowner had a cast iron drain pipe bust open in the wall of their living room. They decided while this repair was taking place they would also add 3 1/4" unfinished redoak flooring in their master bed and closet as well as sand and finish the entire downstairs.
There were originally several thresholds which were removed to give a beautiful flow throughout!
Our clients were very happy with our work and even let us catch some crabs off their dock! 🦀
